I found this absolutely adorable fabric from Japan🧸

The fabric is 100% cotton and Made in Japan. It is slightly thicker and has a lovely, substantial feel that gives the skirt a beautiful shape.

The waistband is made with two rows of thin elastic, so it feels comfortable and less restrictive while fitting a wide range of waist sizes.

The skirt looks lovely on its own, but wearing it with a petticoat adds extra volume and really brings out the beautiful texture, shape, and details of the fabric.

The slightly heavier cotton fabric also makes this skirt a wonderful choice for the coming season.
